Established in 1977, Conrad Construction is a Savannah, Georgia based corporation engaged primarily in the erection of multistory concrete frame buildings such as hotels, office buildings, condominiums, parking garages, hospitals, etc.

In those 35 years, Conrad Construction has completed projects for many developers, such as Marriott Ownership Resorts and Kessler Enterprises, and has built 90 percent of the concrete frame buildings on Hilton Head Island, as well as most of the larger hotels in Savannah.

In recent years, Conrad Construction has observed a trend towards more architectural uses of concrete, as well as more energy conscious uses with Insulating Concrete Forms, especially during our recent involvment in the museum project for the Savannah College of Art and Design. We are capable of serving any of these concrete needs.
